On first sight, yes.
But...
Moar liek jew star, or whatever it's called (No offence to Neggy)
But yeah, with them 3 circles it resembles the PSO symbol, but I don't think the PSO symbol was shaped like a star. (Based upon that I simply played "Connect the dots" with the pic) _________________

| yeah i think that follows a similar pattern to a lot of glyphs ive seen. Looks very similar tho, we should compare. |
