this is kinda hard...to have the Wii or Ps3 that is the question... fun and odd games or lots of fun and graphic splitting games? and what i want to kno....how will they play call of duty 3 on the wii..i seen some screens on my gamepro magazine..

my guess at the controls is that they will be something like the controls for metroid prime 3 and red steal: point the controler in the direction you want to aim and use the control stick on the attachment to move around

I actually think it was a good move, the marketing was thinking in international terms. it will work well with consistant branding issues etc.
also: i thought i saw something about the controler for ps3 and it looked just like the Wii controler. Like they copied it or something. I think it was just a photo on a forum. But if ps3 did that i would be disapointed in them for a blatant theft |

The last I heard Sony scrapped that boomerang thing. The latest controller I have seen is almost identical to the dual shock controller for the ps2. The differences are it was wireless and now has a motion sensor when you tilt it much like what was posted above. Good thing they went back to the older design. |

That must be true...i just went to the Sony Playstation site and looked up the PS3. All kinds of pics of the actual system, but not one with a controller. No pics of a controller of any kind. Maybe they scrapped the theft and are coming up with something original. Hope so  |

im guessing that no definate controller design is decided yet, do to the joke that the "boomerang"controller got, but a remote-like motion sensor controller = lawsuit.

lmao...still think boomerang controller still there? lol thats so...2 months ago. i already kno the controller it was like a joke lol.they got back to original sony controller..cept no vibration and its wireless with some other features..and about that motion thing its only for 1 game so sony is no idea theft. and besides sony had a tilt controller way b4 nintendo need i remind yall >_>

I think it is supposed to stand for something...I forget the japanese implications, but it is pronounced "WE", as in it's meant to be played with people rather than alone :3
I hope I remembered right =^.^=
