PA fragment item/cost guide

Yeah the Twin Claws are nice, but I'll prolly use them on my alt since I stick to main PA's for Kags class. Maybe I'll just go with the bullets I can use, not buying any techs as of yet, my fo's to newb right now anyway X3
*edit* I just remembered the knuckles PA's gotta have that :3
