Greetings. 
I'm looking for a PSU guild to join, even though PSU doesn't have guilds, per se. I've been playing for the past 2 days and having a blast, but having a hard time finding a decent group of people to play with in-game, so I checked out the guild forum on Sega's site and found you guys.
Let's see-I haven't played Phantasy Star before (gasp) but am an old hand at mmorpgs. I've played SWG (pre-CU, was a Master Creature Handler/Master Bio Engineer), WoW (level 60 Undead Warlock and 60 Undead Priest), EVE Online, EQ2 (but not for very long-was too similar to WoW), City of Heroes (again, not for too long) and probably a couple others briefly that I can't remember.
Anyway, was looking for something new and saw this game and picked it up. It's great! So far I'm strictly a Force using male Newman (name in game is Tahan). I've even managed to synthesize a couple of things, but nothing too fancy yet. So basically I would just like a few people to hang out with for missions, chat and trade (as I get better at it).
IRL, I'm...er, older. Live on the east coast of the US, usually play during evening hours (about 7-10pm) during the week and a lot on weekends, though not at a set time.
I tried to register on the forum but it says the registration needs to be approved by a mod, but in future you might see me posting as elvigy (a word I made up to use specifically on forums-it's my initials with a few vowels thrown in).
Hopefully that gives you an idea of who I am. 
Feel free to look me up in game. I'm still learning but if there's anything I can do to help someone just starting, I'd be happy to. It's a great game, but does have a bit of a steep learning curve hehe.

hiya. although im not part of the team on psu, u look like a good player. the team hangs out in universe 14, i cant b more specific im afraid.

Cool.
I'll hang out there. I am level 10 right now so I'm mostly on Planet Parum. Maybe I'll bump into someone. Thanks!
And I hope that at some point in time Sega puts in a real guild system. That would be very helpful. |
