Billing error

Just a heads up for everyone if you get the error I got. My account expired while it was still active. The payment date past but payment was not taken so I couldn't play. Nor could I renew, since my account was still active. If this happens to you, don't try to cancel the account to renew it! Rather, send a supportform to Sega and ask them to resove it. Cancelling the account basically puts it in pending until the end of your current billing cycle, and since mine had already passed, I assume it's going to be more of an issue for them to fix. It sucks that it happened now, but it's better to be patient about it than stress over it.
So if any of you were wondering why I'm not online...now you know.

That's happened to alot of people on the PSU forum. I know some friends with that problem as well D:. Funny, Sega still can't get their billing system working properly. It's been going on since PSOBB. Maybe even longer :l

It is pathetic. I'm just glad I have my roommate's account to play on or I'd probably be really steamed about missing out on the event. Well, in a way I still am because my characters aren't getting any of the levels Razz

Good news everybody! ST is finally fixxing the billing error, I've already seen some people that were 065'ed are back on now. Sorry for not posting a link but it's on the official site.
