I've always been pretty happy about the laid back feel of our group. But every once in a while i'll see how some other guilds are and wonder if we should do anything different.

Does anyone feel that we should try and meet as a group in game once a month or so, just to BS or develop ideas about things to do?

Also, i know in psobb, a couple of us have tried to put together OSG exclusive events etc. Does anyone think we should try and do something like this again? or more often?

Do you think we should put together any type of event for the community?

Changing things around would take some effort from the whole group and some organization.

Like i said, I like the feel of our group. We've never really had any "drama" type problems or anything. But i wanted to get from everyone else how they feel about it.

I like OSG because it's a great group of people to play with and I don't feel obligated to try to show up for events...since I rarely have time anyways it seems. I think I work better with a laid back group such as ourselves Smile

I'm almost never playing with osg's people lately so i voted "other opinion" as in "no opinion at all".

I like OSG the way it is, however an occassional event might be nice. The only problem is that since most of us are busy with everyday lives of work, school, etc, it's hard to organize anything. Getting everyone together at a structured time is a big feat. Confused

As this topic is more psu-branch geared, even though the WoW branch is larger, I voted pie.

As for my thoughts of the WoW branch: we should be more exclusive, get middle to higher leveled players to join rather than all these under 20's and hope they'll level fast enough, we need more active members of the same level as other members in order to organize team-bases BGs, instances, arena teams, etc.

A monthly meeting wouldn't be too bad.
Some people wouldn't be able to make it (like me).

Team events would be fine, if they were planned well.
How those would work is beyond me.

Pie?
No pie at all, cake only >=|

I wouldn't make a macro like that since you altready know I'm against recruiting that way.

I barely get to see anyone these days except for bilbo(its not a bad thing Very Happy ) I think a monthly meeting would be cool, or even try do things like back in the gc days, where everyone picks a rare to find and we group hunt for a loooong time lol.

It was kind of a tough choice for me, because I like the way we are now, but it would be nice if we could come up with something interesting.

Well, Rian and I are both trying to come up with some ideas for an event. I'll try and make sure its something everyone can be involved in, in one way or another.

And possibly setting up just one meeting, if for anything, to just get a good current group photo.

I like OSG the way it is also. Some sort of meeting or event would be pretty interesting though. Cake is the only way to go. Not pie =O unless strawberries were involved o_o
